Processing Time

Ephatha Co. products are made in small batches. Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Simmer pot packs are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for preparation and fulfillment before shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

If an item is offered as a preorder, it will be clearly labeled as a preorder and will include an estimated ship date before purchase.

Shipping Rates

At this time, Ephatha Co. ships within the United States.

Contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.):

• $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $75.
• Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses, available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery Time

Shipping time is separate from preparation and processing time. After your order ships, delivery time varies by carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
