Return & Refund Policy

Because many Ephatha Co. products are skincare and home-fragrance items, product safety and integrity are important to us.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and home-fragrance products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or there is another problem with your order, please contact Ephatha Co. as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after the return has been received and reviewed.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the issue was caused by Ephatha Co.
